Sotear Tep & Michael Kuy
A few of Sotear’s friends knew that she was planning to attend an upcoming wedding solo and decided to fix her up on a blind date with their friend, Michael. The pair wound up dancing the night away and were almost inseparable for the next two weeks. Michael later adorably proposed while playing a game of charades in a room full of their closest friends.
The bride and groom aimed to keep the theme of their event simple and elegant, which was an easily achieved goal with a venue like the Dallas Scottish Rite Cathedral. Planners with Keestone Events lit the space in purple and red tones and accented the tables with clean, white arrangements. Over the weekend, one of the biggest ice storms to hit Dallas in years caused a bit of panic and chaos, so the newlyweds’ felt so honored that everyone went out of their way and took so many risks just to celebrate their love.
