The year before Kate Shofner and Brendon Marks began dating, Brendon noticed Kate at a party. But it wasn’t until an event at Flag Pole Hill that the two met. His proposal came at a playground where the couple had shared their first kiss. Classic and traditional was the vision for their January 25, 2014, wedding. A lace dress, a trailing veil, white flowers, and a church ceremony set the right tone for the bride, who danced until midnight among friends and family.
