The Metro By Serendipity Events by Tina was started due to so many of her wedding planning clients not feeling safe about having big weddings during COVID-19. They were rescheduling their wedding dates but still wanting to get married on the date that they had been planning for, for so long. After having several clients looking for a way to have a small wedding but not wanting to go to the Justice of the Peace, Tina dreamed up the Metro, a Drive-Thru Wedding service. The Metro by Serendipity Events by Tina is a 1958 International Harvester Metro step van that is able to set up different venues around the DFW area.
Couples can choose their location and get a ticket to the event. Tina will follow up with you with your reservation time. At that time she will chat with you about your wedding order and find out if you want to supersize your Wedding. Meaning that you can add on things like an hour of photography, floral, a cake cutting, hair & makeup, or anything else you may want. On your wedding day, you arrive at your reservation time, drive up to the window, and get married! For couples who would rather get married at home, they offer wedding delivery. With this service, they show up at your home at the set time and you can come outside and get married. They allow an hour at your location so you can get photos with The Metro.
The Metro by Serendipity Events by Tina is for the couple who wants to elope but doesn’t want a Justice of the Peace Wedding. Or, who wants a mini wedding until they feel safe having a bigger wedding. Whether you are looking to renew your vows in a fun way, have a limited budget, or even just seeking out a bar truck- The Metro has you covered.
For those who love the Metro but are not interested in having a Drive-Thru Wedding or Wedding Delivery, you can also rent the Metro. The inside of the Metro features a full-functioning bar, and it serves as a great photo backdrop.
