The Cannon Green experience begins with this property—a space that wowed us ever since Anne Bowen Dabney, a floral designer and Cannon Green co-founder, first discovered it while searching for storage for her expanding inventory. Lured by a sign advertising “6,000 square feet of warehouse space” hanging on a dilapidated Charleston Single, she peeked in to find one of the most compelling and intriguing places in town. She immediately asked experienced entrepreneurs and founders of hospitality company Easton Porter Group Lynn and Dean to take a look, and that’s how the vision for the project began emerging. Located in the Cannonborough-Elliotborough neighborhood, Cannon Green incorporates a 19th-century Charleston Single House façade within our indoor Garden Room (a refined and airy 75-seat private event space with two adjoining entertainment space), a lush and intimate Courtyard, and our spacious historic Trolley Room. If you’re celebrating with a large crowd, our Trolley Room and Courtyard or Garden Room can host receptions or full-service seated dinners featuring Cannon Green’s uncompromising culinary expertise. Our wedding and event services team expertly orchestrate the details so you can focus on the important things. Cannon Green offers a range of services and capabilities, covering all the bases from rentals to lush tabletop decor to custom menus.
