Our Story
Ethan and I dated in eighth grade. Ethan and I were each other’s first kiss at the age of 12—we were playing mini golf while his mom was our chaperone. We went our separate ways and rekindled our relationship as seniors in high school a week before we graduated. Ethan attended college at Texas Tech University and I attended school at The University of Oklahoma. We did long-distance with a six-hour commute for four years. Every second was worth it.
Once we graduated college and moved back home to start our careers, Ethan planned the most romantic proposal. Ethan rented out the rooftop of our favorite bar and filled the entire place with pictures of us over the five years of our relationship and rose petals. After I answered the easiest “yes” of my entire life, Ethan had all of our families and friends awaiting our arrival for an after-party at the restaurant where we shared our first date. I never thought I would be able to live out a real-life fairy tale with the love of my life, but here we are, and our lives are just now beginning. We are so excited to be getting married and would be extremely honored if we were chosen for the Dream Day Giveaway.
