Gowns of Grace began in 1968 when young Nancy wished for 100 dresses and grew her passion for sewing from paper dolls to designing her own clothes. She studied Fashion Merchandising, worked in bridal salons, and created formalwear, including her best friend’s wedding dress in 1983. In 2009, she opened A Bridal Blossom in Dallas, offering alterations and bridal accessories, later expanding to off-the-rack gowns. In 2013, after attending her first bridal market and partnering with designers for custom gowns, she rebranded as Gowns of Grace. That same year, her only daughter Natalie joined the business.
