The first hotel to open in the largest contiguous urban arts district in the nation, HALL Arts Hotel—slated to open this fall—will channel the energy and vitality of the Dallas Arts District into an environment that celebrates the enriching, inspiring, transformative power of the arts.

Designed by award-winning firms HKS Inc and Bentel & Bentel, the LEED Gold Certified building offers more than 6,000 square feet of sophisticated event space, which include a one-of-kind, 2,500-square-foot Grand HALL ballroom designed with spectacular Lasvit chandeliers, large, commissioned works by acclaimed artist Clare Woods and floor-to-ceiling windows. The only hotel event space in the Dallas Arts District, the location will be a sought-after destination for memorable celebrations and is a member of Leading Hotels of the World.

Additional hotel features include Ellie’s Lounge and Terrace, which will host live music and entertainment, a rooftop pool with spectacular views of downtown, and an expansive art collection that will feature up to 50 influential local and international artists.

The hotel can accommodate up to 200 for a seated dinner in the Grand HALL Ballroom and 250 in the Texas Sculpture Walk..

Extensive outdoor space totaling 15,000 square feet at HALL Arts Hotel includes the one-of-a-kind Texas Sculpture Walk which provides couples a unique setting to say their “I do’s” among commissioned works from the HALL Collection. Additionally, couples can choose a more intimate setting in the hotel’s serene Urban Garden that can be tented for inclement weather.

Outdoor Reception Capabilities

Similar to the outdoor ceremony capabilities, both the Texas Sculpture Walk and Urban Garden can be used as exquisite settings for celebrations.
