Having spent seven years as a wedding planner, Angela Dupont knew she wanted something completely different for her own nuptials. When she and Benjamin Hall married on June 15, 2014, at Hot Damn, Tamales! in Fort Worth, it was an out-of-the-box event that dismissed tradition at nearly every turn. “No cake cutting, no grand march, no bridal party; the ceremony was after dinner,” Angela says. And the bride most certainly did not wear white.
