Key West was the obvious choice for Samantha Hammel and Sam Lawrence’s wedding—the bride’s family spent many a vacation there. After the pair started dating in college, Sam came along for the trips, too. “It was very special to share one of our favorite places with our favorite people,” Samantha says. On October 8, 2016, Samantha walked down the aisle in a pair of playful Aquazzura pineapple heels. The reception took on a moody aesthetic—a nod to Ernest Hemingway—with jewel tones and wood accents.
