A Country Wedding at Winfrey Point on White Rock Lake

The snow that fell in Dallas in February 2010 was the most ever recorded in a 24-hour period in the area’s history. It was also what brought Anne Dillavou and Read Castleberry together. The two met at an Uptown bar, where they were each keeping warm with friends. They married on the sunny afternoon of June 7, 2014, then celebrated at Winfrey Point near White Rock Lake. Some of those same friends were among the 135 guests—as was their pup, who carried their rings.
