They say absence makes the heart grow fonder, and that rang too true for Claire Wilson and Brett Messerall, whose love transcended the distance from Dallas to Waco to Thailand. Fittingly, Brett surprised Claire with a destination proposal in Chicago. On May 14, 2016, the food stylist and her fiancé curated the perfect recipe for wedding bliss in the wild and natural greenery of the sleek and sophisticated Trinity River Audubon Center.
