The venue coordinator’s focus is to make sure the room is set properly, the staff is in appropriate uniform, the food has been prepared to perfection, and everything is running on time. The venue coordinator is not able to help assist your guests find their tables if they are trying to locate the wedding party and get them lined up for your entrance!
