This Couple’s Love Story Is Straight Out of a Fitzgerald Novel

Julie and Alex’s love story is something from a Fitzgerald novel: They met on a train to the Hamptons while both were renting summer homes. The dreamy romance culminated in an Italian proposal, so it was fitting the couple chose a Tuscan-inspired venue in Scottsdale’s Silverleaf Club for their November 11, 2017, nuptials. “We wanted it to be timeless and elegant but still have an intimate, romantic feel,” Julie says. A neutral palette of cream, white, tan, and gold gave the evening that perfect, Italian glow.
