But a rose by any other name smells as sweet, and a wine tasting at ZaZa turned into a yearlong relationship, a proposal at The Ritz, and a huge wedding at First Baptist Church of Abilene. More than 600 guests attended the April 27, 2013, celebration at Spanish Oaks Ranch, a property that’s been in Lauren’s family for decades.
