When then-Dallas Maverick Raymond Felton approached Tabitha Tuggle, she had no idea who he was. “His occupation didn’t matter to me,” she says. “I wanted to see his character and him for who he was.” But as they started dating, she realized that he made the cut. After Raymond dropped to one knee after a private fireworks show on a ranch, the two shared their spark for each other at The Joule on August 26, 2017, with a wedding planned and designed by Jordan Payne Events. And another glowing moment for Tabitha: She walked down the aisle with her father to a saxophone playing “You Are So Beautiful” while her grandpa looked on.
