Samantha Collie and Joshua Beatty met when their friend groups merged on a night out. After spending six years together, they made it official on October 9, 2015, in a laid-back, backyard-inspired wedding. A bagpipe player and a traditional quaich ceremony honored the bride’s Scottish heritage, while her hexagonal diamond engagement ring set the tone for the decor—geometric angles and metallic touches were found in the terrarium centerpieces and gilded cake design.
