Following a girls’ trip to the Big Apple, Simone Taylor left her heart in New York City. While there, she’d met Carl Anderson through mutual friends and was sad to return home to Dallas solo. A Valentine’s Day arrangement that arrived the next week proved the feelings were mutual. They were married on March 22, 2014, in front of friends and family at the Nasher. Their beloved Labradoodle, Bunny, was there in spirit, thanks to the dog-shaped groom’s cake.
