Right at Home

After Tristan Byram proposed to his girlfriend of three years, Emma Huels, they couldn’t wait to begin their life together. The first order of business was purchasing a home, which, they decided, would serve as the perfect place to take their engagement photos just weeks later. Though they hadn’t bought much in the way of furniture yet, the pair popped open a bottle of wine, consulted their growing vinyl collection, and laughed and danced their way through the session to the tune of a Dean Martin record. “We are so happy we are going to be able to look back at these photos in 10, 20, 50 years and reflect not only on the photos themselves but also on the house and all the happy memories we will have created while living here,” Emma says. The pair will wed on October 3, 2026, at The Adolphus Hotel.
