From the artwork in the galleries to the trees in the garden, the Nasher Sculpture Center offers no shortage of inspiration for couples to draw from its beautiful surroundings. Many of the couples who select the Nasher as the place to say “I do” already have a special connection to the venue, having attended an exhibition opening, ‘til Midnight at the Nasher, or experienced the proposal of a lifetime in the Nasher Garden. Many couples integrate that special connection to the museum into their invitations, décor, guestbooks, and more.

The iconic Nasher Collection work, Eviva Amore by sculptor Mark di Suvero, has been an inspiration for many marriages at the museum. Eviva Amore translates to “Long Live Love” and is described by Nasher curators as an exclamation of passion in raw, weathered steel. Small replicas of the work often grace the tops of wedding cakes and other places where couples show their love of this artwork. Other weddings have highlighted the gorgeous landscape design of the Nasher Garden, through unique botanical décor.   

A dynamic array of sculpture and nature in a stunning garden makes the Nasher Sculpture Center a beautiful background for whatever the wishes of any creative, art-loving couple.
